Hibat Ehsan Baharuddin
Hibat began his career in the entertainment industry 6 years ago, working as a Product Executive for Warner's Music. Responsible for promoting domestic artists and albums under Warner Music, his humble roots in artist and event management had him handling all aspects from stapling posters during concerts and manning CD sales booths, to ensuring the artistes were taken care of and scheduled properly.
Wanting to build his understanding of talent management, he joined Beyond Events as an Artist Manager, managing a multitude of talents including M Nasir, Ferhad, Sazzy Falak, Nazril Idrus, and Ashraf Sinclair. Scheduling the talents, building relations with clients and doing PR for the talents and his company were a part of his day-to-day job scope, and from there Hibat learnt the entropies of the business. But nonetheless, he ventured forward, and Beaming Stars was formed in September 2007.
Suraya Sharifuddin
Suraya has her roots built firmly in client servicing, from her days as a Client Servicing Executive in Media Prima, to her role as an Account Director in Concept Communications and Promotions.
One of the pioneers of the Client Servicing Group of 8TV, she serviced clients such as Revlon, Toyota, Samsung, Nokia and Sony, and also assisted her team to bring in sponsorships for major TV shows such as Malaysian Most Beautiful and Malaysian Idol.
At the end of 2005, she joined Concept Communications as a Senior Accounts Executive, and quickly rose through the ranks and became an Account Director of the firm, managing accounts from the Prime Minister's office to PTPTN, KeKKWa, Island & Peninsular Berhad, Bank Rakyat, EMKAY Group, Malaysian Nasional Library and ASM Berhad. Handling 360 degrees of the advertising scope, she quickly gained a multitude of knowledge in both ATL and BTL advertising.
Suraya joined Beaming Stars officially in mid 2008, bringing along with her a wealth of client servicing and advertising experience.
